Composite score over USDA CDL agriculture mix + EDIT forage productivity + SSURGO soil organic carbon band. The soil-carbon sub-score is inverted relative to /carbon-inset: very low (≈) → 90, low → 70, moderate → 50, high → 25. Insetting / additionality lens · counties with the most carbon to gain rank highest. Indicative composite of cited public facts; not a carbon-credit measurement or registry-grade inventory.
